Mr. Bartlett serves as a Senior Associate and is responsible for overseeing all asset management activities for the funds’ assets. His primary responsibilities include providing financial analysis of existing investments with a focus on cash flows and financial performance, managing the operations of investments and working with the management team
to ensure each asset’s success. Mr. Bartlett brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Prior to joining Easterly, Mr. Bartlett was employed by CW Capital, a commercial real estate finance and investment management company, where he was responsible for the oversight of distressed debt in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities real estate assets. Additionally, he was responsible for the analysis, underwriting and disposition of approximately $1 billion worth of commercial real estate. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bartlett was a commercial real estate broker at both CB Richard Ellis and Cassidy Turley, where he focused on office and industrial properties in the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bartlett earned his BS in Finance from Towson University in Towson, Maryland.
