He previously worked as the Chief Security Officer at Redox, where his focus is helping modern healthcare companies build robust security capabilities. Before entering the healthcare space, he was the first Security Architect of Twilio, where his responsibilities included the security of all
technology systems as the company grew from a startup to a publicly traded, enterprise-grade organisation. While at Twilio he spearheaded projects building secure and scalable cloud security, identity, and access management systems. Ben has also transformed the Application Security programs for one of Australia's largest financial institutions, building in-house solutions for automated security testing, security incident response and vulnerability management.
