Ben Wade is the CFO and co-founder of ProspX and has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of financial planning and risk management. In his capacity as CFO, Ben is responsible for all controller, investor relations, tax, information technology, internal audit, facilities and human resources functions. Prior to joining ProspX, Ben played a
critical role in the financial health of companies such as Newgistics, where he helped drive its rapid growth and success as the market leader in intelligent returns management; and Trilogy Software, where he managed the company to profitability during a technology downturn. Ben also brings strategic management and operations experience to ProspX, having spent 7 years in management level positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ben is a certified public accountant in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Christian University.
