Ben’s principal area of focus is advising private equity houses and other financial sponsors across all forms of leveraged M&A, co-investments, disposals, restructurings and portfolio company issues. Ben also advises corporate and institutional clients. He has undertaken a broad range of UK and cross-border transactional work for both listed
and private companies based in the UK and overseas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder arrangements, takeovers and reorganisations.
