Ben joined Panviva to lead the transformation of the company’s flagship business process guidance system, SupportPoint, into a ground break breaking, cloud-ready, future proof business solution.
Ben has more than 15 years IT leadership experience and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for a range of organisations. These include:
COO – IRESS Market Technology, CIO – Defence Health, CIO – Pentana Solutions, Head of TCX Technology – ANZ, Operations Manager – IBM.
Working for such a diverse range of organisations has enabled Ben to grow his experience locally, and globally, with detailed insight across a range of disciplines, including strategy and execution, change and transformation, product innovation and customer retention.
Ben has brought a clear focus on Cloud technology, online security, scalability and fault tolerance to Panviva’s next generation development of SupportPoint. This takes SupportPoint to the cloud and creates an extensible ecosystem that is truly innovative. This is a ‘game changer’ for Panviva and its customers.
As part of this, Ben has been instrumental in securing a partnership with Verizon Terremark, one of the largest providers of Cloud technology and support.
