Ben Baldwin is the founder of Upteaming.com, the first goal-achievement system for teams, and ScaleDriver, an innovation consulting firm that matches executives with founders, to help them make better decisions about innovation. He is also the founder of The Founder City Project, a community that interconnects hundreds of technology founders, and
of ClearFit, an online solution that helps predict who will succeed at which job and why, in one step. Mr. Baldwin and his work have been profiled in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune and Forbes. In total, Mr. Baldwin has founded three businesses focused on predictive analytics for innovation and human behavior. He holds multiple patents and is a Board Member of the Drucker Institute, in Claremont California, member of the i4j Innovation for Jobs Summit that focuses on ‘disrupting unemployment;’ a columnist for Inc. Magazine; startup mentor for The Wall Street Journal, Next36, Founder Institute, Extreme Startups and Ryerson Digital Media Zone; and past board member of the global Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO/YEO). Mr. Baldwin is focused on building predictive, faster innovation processes for enterprises and entrepreneurs.
