Ben joined Atlas in 2008 and is Technical Director where he is responsible for the design of instrumentation, disposables and reagents. He has a background in mechanical engineering and has spent his career working in innovation and new product development, much of it focused in the medical device field. He has a wide range of experience, working
in products from drug delivery devices to in vitro diagnostics, both in large organisations and start-ups. Ben has worked in both the UK and the US, where he spent four years managing an engineering team in Boston as part of a new venture.
