Prior to co-founding Arbol, Ben co-founded Simply Grid, an on-demand electricity provider, where he helped build charging stands for food trucks and managed relationships with installation owners. In 2014, Simply Grid was acquired by MOVE Systems. At MOVE, Ben worked on software projects for mobile, web, and IoT platforms in both engineering and
managerial roles. Ben received his BA from McGill University. During college, he worked as a mapping engineer at Citymaps which was later acquired by TripAdvisor.
