Barry has over thirty years of experience specializing in software engineering, information technology, healthcare information security, network systems, remote connectivity and managing technology. In addition, Barry's hospital automation experience in asset management systems, robotic delivery systems, RFID and HIPAA regulations have earned
him respect and admiration in the Healthcare information technology community. Barry has served as the Chief Information Officer/Vice President of Software Engineering of Aethon Inc., Chief Information Officer/Security Officer at McKesson Automation and Chief Technology Officer of Four Rivers Software Systems. Barry holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Barry also holds three patents in robotics and RFID technologies. Currently Barry is the Head of the Informatics Platform organization at Bayer Pharmaceuticals/Radiology where he is responsible for the development of the Informatics Platform as well as the Service Technology applications.
