Mr. Boniface joined MSouth as a Partner in 2012. Prior to joining MSouth, Mr. Boniface was most recently employed by Barclays Capital as Chairman and Global Head of Communications and Media M&A. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Boniface was the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at BellSouth Corporation where he was responsible for leading
several high-profile M&A transactions. Before returning to BellSouth in 2001, Mr. Boniface served as Board Member and CFO of Cypress Communications.
Before joining Cypress in 1998, Mr. Boniface spent four years as BellSouth's Executive Director of Corporate Development. He also has held previous positions in private equity, operations and investment banking. Mr. Boniface holds a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
