Barb has spent the bulk of her career working with entrepreneurs to help them streamline and grow their businesses through a combination of strategic, operational and financial initiatives. She is a CPA and completed an MBA.
She joined Carson Dunlop in October 2017 as a consultant where she reviewed our business processes and identify
opportunities to improve effectiveness across the company.
In March 2018, Barb took on a permanent role of VP, Operations where she is responsible for helping us establish and implement our business strategies, ensuring alignment across the company, to support Carson Dunlop’s growth plans.
