Bailey supports the coaches in the Volt Family, ensuring the successful implementation and understanding of Volt programming.
Bailey has a passion for working with people and all aspects of athletics, which has led her to the Volt team. She spends her time working with young softball players, helping them to develop their love for the game, as
well as running her own photography business. Bailey played four years in the outfield for the University of Washington where she was a two-time all PAC-10 selection, PAC-10 Champion and 2009 National Champion.
