Avrumi joined KLaw in 2014. Previously, he was partner at a leading Israeli corporate law firm as well as an associate at the leading law firm of now High Court Justice, Hanan Melcer.
Avrumi's practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional transactions involving Israeli clients doing business abroad and multinational corporations in their
business in Israel.
Avrumi's Corporate practice includes involvement in cross-border transactions, corporate investments, Venture Capital, M&A's, international joint ventures, as well as advising on day-to-day corporate and commercial law matters.
Avrumi represents technology companies throughout their life cycle from their inception, through their maturity to an eventual exit.
Avrumi has a particular expertise in international Real Estate development investments. He advises on all related aspects including comprehensive legal management of all levels of the projects, joint ventures with foreign or local partners, establishment of required corporate structure and guidance of local counsels if necessary.
