Aurelie is the Founder of Frenchpulse and Chief Creative Officer. She drives Frenchpulse's growth and makes sure our Brands are the happiest with best-in-class experience.
Her ambition to develop people & businesses has always been a clear focus since she studied Emotional Intelligence back in London for her Degree in HR Development. She
kicked off her career in France in a media company before settling in Hong Kong in 2011 where she worked at the French Chamber of Commerce, and met with Dolora.
More than a Manager, Dolora naturally became her Mentor. Aurelie came about caring for startups & SMEs business challenges and pain points. With a passion for digital, she believes old-fashion recruitment services & HR practices are no longer relevant and companies could benefit much more from leveraging their People to boost productivity & growth.
Late 2015, she built a talent branding & networking platform, which she pivoted into a full-service People Operations partner in 2017 and started to grow her team.
