Audrey is a Partner at Obsidian Black, where she focuses on originating and structuring digital asset–backed financing for institutional clients. She works with protocol treasuries, funds, market makers and corporates to access liquidity without disposing of core token holdings, designing transactions that align capital providers, counterparties
and risk frameworks.
She operates at the intersection of treasury management and capital markets, advising on collateral strategy, deal structuring and execution across complex, overcollateralized financing arrangements. Her work emphasizes capital efficiency, non-directional risk management and clarity of terms for borrowers navigating volatile asset environments.
Audrey has spent over a decade working in digital assets, with prior experience spanning product, marketing and strategic roles across Web3 infrastructure, gaming and social platforms. Before focusing on institutional finance, she built and operated ventures in technology and growth, and has contributed to early-stage investments in the sector.
She is also a longtime writer and editor, with a background in journalism that informs her analytical approach to markets, systems and emerging financial structures.
