Graduate of the Department of Agriculture of the School of Geotechnical Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1974. He started his professional career in 1979 as founder and manager of the agricultural supplies company "GEME Ltd." in which it remains to this day. Since 1985 he has been active in the company VITRO HELLAS
SA. of which he was a co-founder and remains CEO and shareholder to this day. Since 1993 he has been active in the company EUROFARM SA. of which he was a co-founder and remains Chairman of its Board and shareholder to this day. From 1996 to 2010 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Foundation for Agricultural Research (ETHIAGE). Co-founder and partner of NOVACERT Ltd. since 2001 and its General Manager from 2007 until today. He participated in many conferences and workshops throughout Greece. Participated as a Coordinator in the implementation of four (4) pilot programs for the specialization of the National AGRO 2 Protocols in various crops. For the last 26 years he has participated in 26 research projects in 16 of which as a coordinator.
