Ashok Agarwal leads the Engineering organization and is responsible for Glassbeam’s SaaS platform architecture, technology and service operations. He is also responsible for technical liaison with Glassbeam customers.
Ashok joins us from LiveDeal Inc, a leader in local search and SEM solutions, providing SaaS based hosted service for classifieds
(e-commerce), Yellowpages and Business Intelligence portal for reporting SEM performance.
Prior to LiveDeal, Ashok’s engineering career spans 20+ years in the software industry holding senior management positions with various start-ups and large companies such as Acxiom Digital, Earthlink, Patni and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At Acxiom Digital, he was responsible for managing custom extensions to Acxiom’s SaaS based email marketing and analytics application.
At Medialive/Earthlink, he managed development of Medialive’s Internet Security product and provided technical leadership in Earthlink’s acquisition of Medialive’s technology. Prior to that Ashok has a track record of delivering complex software solutions (Enterprise and web based) in various underlying technologies.
Ashok is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
