Ashley Helm is responsible for overall design of the C3 service, technical infrastructure, development, capability and support services as well as the general management of the Auckland office. He is an experienced Program Director and CTO with more than 20 years’ experience in the development of financial services software, working for
organisations such as Bankers Trust and ICM.
As a seasoned practitioner in enterprise architecture, software engineering, security and networking and systems deployment with an excellent track record in strategic development for the global financial markets, Ashley combines deep technical expertise with practical insight gained from hands-on operational experience. His extensive business experience includes investment banking, business process re-engineering, company management and strategic planning.
He has created a dynamic and supportive environment for C3’s technology professionals, investing heavily in education, tools and processes to ensure that staff are motivated to deliver excellent results across internal and client led projects.
