Asha Daniere is EVP, Business & Legal Affairs at Blue Ant Media Inc. She was previously the Senior Vice-President and General Counsel at Score Media Inc., a publicly traded multi-platform sports media company that included the Score Television Network, various ScoreMobile apps and thescore.com. She came to Blue Ant Media with extensive
experience in regulatory matters, intellectual property law, licensing and general corporate work, as well as a solid background in M&A and securities law.
In addition to her experience as counsel to an established public media company in Canada, Asha practiced law in the United States, as an associate at White and Case LLP in New York City and as in-house counsel to The Topps Company, Inc. She also garnered “start-up” experience at Fun Technologies Inc., an Internet start-up focused on online skill games and online fantasy sports offerings that was ultimately sold to Liberty Media Inc.
Asha was called to the bar in both New York State and Ontario. She received her J.D. from Tulane Law School and her B.A. from the University of Toronto.
