Mr. Hogan has over twenty-five years of experience building new businesses and delivering innovative solutions to publicly listed enterprises and high-growth technology companies. He has extensive knowledge of partnering with the C-suite leading human resources-focused growth and strategy, including talent acquisition, talent management,
operations, mobility, compensation, and benefits.
Mr. Hogan most recently was the Co-Founder at Modernize and President at emplyd. Previously, he completed a two-year talent acquisition transformation program for Walmart Global Tech (Fortune One), scaling hiring processes, setting minimum standards across the enterprise, and directly overseeing thousands of technologists’ hiring across several continents. Before joining Walmart, Mr. Hogan was a leadership team member at ConsenSys Solutions, the consulting division of the world’s premier blockchain technology company. He also led the talent component of M&A negotiations at Facebook; was an executive at Pivotal before its acquisition by Dell-EMC; and has completed consulting engagements directly with startup founders and business leaders across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific.
Originally hailing from Australia, Mr. Hogan’s early career is shaped by multinational services organizations, including American Express, ANZ Banking Group, Flight Centre, and Qantas Airways.
