Sethi is the Managing Partner of CAP-M Consulting, a firm specializing in executive development, training and financial consulting in the capital markets. Prior to that Sethi was the Managing Director and Head of the Global Markets Group of Bank of America in India. Earlier he was the Head of Treasury at ANZ Grindlays Bank and Treasurer of HSBC
Bank.
Apart from managing some successful treasury operations he was the founding member and Chairman of FIMMDA. He was also on the Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee on the Government Securities Market and the Technical Advisory Committee on the Foreign Exchange Market.
Sethi did his schooling from Stowe School, U.K. He completed his BA/MA Honours in PPE-Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University (Keble College) in 1979.
