Arun Tyagi is EVP - Head of ACM Domestic Business at Firstsource. In this profile, he oversees Operations for domestic businesses delivered out of India and Sri Lanka. He is responsible for building and growing the business for the company.
Prior to this, Arun has headed various departments including Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit,
Legal, Regulatory & Contractual Compliance and Company Secretarial functions at different times in the company.
Prior to joining Firstsource, he worked with Indian market Research Bureau (IMRB) and American Express India Pvt. Ltd. He holds a commerce degree from Delhi University, India, and is also an MBA (Finance) from Amity University.
