Prior to joining Serent Capital, Arthur was an Investment Banker with Rothschild's Restructuring Group in New York. While there, he advised clients in various industries on restructuring initiatives including recapitalization and emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy. His transaction experience includes distressed buyouts, mergers &
acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings.
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Michigan.
