Arthur has been a lawyer and private investor working in China since 2007. He started at the Beijing office called Morrison & Foerster, a US law firm, where he focused on a mix of venture capital work and general corporate advice for large technology multinationals. In 2011, Arthur went in-house to Cadence Design Systems, a NASDAQ listed
electronic design automation (EDA) software and engineering services company, to lead its Asia Pacific legal department.
Arthur is a graduate of Princeton University and the George Washington University Law School, and is completing an Executive MBA with the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business in Shanghai and Los Angeles. Arthur is fluent in written and spoken Chinese.
