Dr. Arnon Dag is a Senior Researcher at the Volcani Agriculture Institute. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University. His main area of research focuses on Mediterranean and sub-tropical fruit tree biology and cultivation. He is currently studying the cultivation of fruit tree under semi-arid conditions, with
special attention to olive. His research strives to improve the quantity and quality of virgin olive oil produced in Israel and its neighboring countries.
