Mr. Motiwalla has extensive experience building and operating large scale insurance distribution and financial services platforms. His work has focused on developing operational infrastructure, payment and commission systems, regulatory frameworks, and sales enablement programs that support nationwide agency networks and high volume insurance distribution.

Prior to his work in insurance and financial services, Mr. Motiwalla founded One Concierge, a global luxury concierge and lifestyle management company that was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine. The company served ultra high net worth clients and organizations in more than 115 countries and developed bespoke financial and membership products designed for the global luxury market.

Mr. Motiwalla has also been involved in emerging industry initiatives and policy discussions, previously serving as Vice Chair of the NCIA Hemp Committee and participating as an industry stakeholder in Colorado’s Hemp Advancement and Management Plan. He has been featured in numerous publications including Inc. Magazine, Men’s Journal, The Travel Channel, the Denver Post, Forbes India, and The National.

He holds a degree in Aeronautics and Aviation Safety from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
