Roderick "Arjay" Johnson has served as a member of our Board since January 2009. Arjay, a 20-year music industry executive veteran. Arjay is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millionaire Fresh, a full-service entertainment company started in 2009. Arjay currently oversees the careers of a diverse Millionaire Fresh roster
comprised of Grammy award-winning and critically acclaimed recording artists, writers, and producers. Arjay served as Engineer for Forster Brothers Entertainment from 2002 to 2005 and as President of Lifestyle Entertainment from 2004 to 2009. Our Board has concluded that Arjay Johnson should serve on the Board based upon his experience as an entrepreneur and executive and his broad knowledge of the music and entertainment industries.
