Prior to Via Surgical, Arik served as co-founder & CTO of PolyTouch Medical (acquired in 2011).
Arik has more than 15 years of R&D experience including in academic medical research, Intel and IDF. He filed more than dozen of patent applications, (8 issued patents).
Arik won the first place at Biztec07, Israel National
Entrepreneurship Competition together with Ofek Levin and Lena Levin.
Arik received an MSc and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.
