Ariel Wright is a research analyst on the investment team. She initially joined Braemar as an intern after completing her Master's Degree in Engineering Green Technologies as a Chevron fellowship recipient at the University of Southern California. The program involved coursework throughout a variety of engineering disciplines as they pertain
to energy systems, with ancillary sustainability coursework in the business, policy and architecture schools. While in school she acquired professional experience working for an engineering consultancy, Buro Happold, where she performed energy modeling for LEED certified sustainable buildings.
She also worked for Tetra Tech, environmental engineers, where she conducted a feasibility study on energy storage options for renewables integration on a U.S. Naval base. Ariel has a BS from Brown University in Biomedical Engineering. At Brown she was two-year captain of the cross-country and track and field teams where she was awarded Academic All-American and was the Ivy League Champion in the 5000 meters.
