Arfon Smith is a program manager and scientist at GitHub. Prior to that, he was the director of citizen science at Adler Planetarium.
Smith obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Sheffield and a PhD in molecular astrophysics from the University of Nottingham. He also studied astrophysics at the University of Oxford.
