Ms. Griggs is responsible for leading Radius’ Boston-based Commercial Banking team, overseeing the commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) lending groups. Ardeth comes to the Bank with over 26 years in banking and financial services, including various roles in commercial banking, small business lending and retail. Most
recently, she served at TD Bank, where she held the titles of SBA Business Development Officer in the Boston market and Retail Market Manager in Cape Cod. Ardeth received her degree in Business Administration from Bloomsberg University in Pennsylvania.
