Antonio Cives joined CGS in 2006 and has been a Managing Partner since 2017. During this long career, he has built multiple industrial groups. Before CGS, Antonio was on the transaction advisory services team at Ernst & Young in Switzerland and accompanied multiple M&A transactions in industrial business areas.He has a deep
understanding of the needs of medium-sized companies in the German-speaking region and their strategic potential. Antonio’s profile is rounded off by his many years of experience in the areas of M&A, integration, and group-building and his expertise in operational value enhancement. His industrial experience lies in plastics, tool-building, machinery, equipment, and accessories. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Basel and completed the Program for Executive Development at IMD business school in Lausanne.
