I am an entrepreneur. At least that's what I think because I founded my first company in 2016. I often have ideas on how to get things done, but I'm not an inventor. In today's world, which is heading towards a digitalized future, inventing something new is becoming an ever greater challenge. That's why I'm also concerned
with the question of whether it's necessary to invent something new or whether it shouldn't first improve what already exists.
My first company is an Internet agency that offers specialized services. We offer our customers the development of Internet-based software, which can be online portals, CRM and ERP systems, but also completely individual solutions. What is certain is that we are not the only company offering this range of services. We are competitive not because of our services, but because of our strong customer focus and close cooperation at eye level. As a result, we provide our customers with solutions that advance them because they are tailored to customer needs down to the last detail. We don't deliver standard or mass-produced products, but solutions that satisfy individual customer needs.
When I think entrepreneurially, I also think about the environment. For me, the environment not only includes nature and the effects of environmentally harmful activities, but also the "around me". This includes employees of my companies who can always rely on fair pay, an open ear and my honesty, as well as looking to the future to provide long-term security. I consider respecting the environment to be the most important basis for a company to be fit for the future. Without a positive environment, a company cannot achieve success and success cannot be forced. Companies that do not pay attention to their environment - people and nature - make no contribution to a better future - no matter how great their products, services or "inventions" are.
