He has assisted clients in analyzing and securing various forms of financing by utilizing tax-exempt bond financing, publicly offered or privately placed, as well as the available credit enhancement programs offered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Federal Housing Administration (FHA) under Sections 242, 241, 232, and 223(f) (for refinancing only); U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) loan programs; and Cal-Mortgage insured financings.
