Tony Stratakos became Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in 2015. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Advanced R&D. Tony is responsible for Technology Development, Advanced Packaging, Platform IP Creation, and new product line incubation.
Tony joined Maxim in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Volterra Semiconductor where he served as CTO
and Senior Vice President. Tony cofounded Volterra in 1996.
SeTony holds a BSEE and MSEE from The Johns Hopkins University, and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley. He has 28 issued patents.
