several prominent positions, including as the Public Defender for the Township of West Orange Municipal Court in New Jersey. He also served on the Township of West Orange’s Planning Board and Board of Adjustments. After many years in the field, Anthony ventured out and chose to create his own private practice.

Anthony Picillo, born and raised in New Jersey, is particularly interested in assisting clients from his birthplace. He has spent the past 20 years of his 30-year legal career focused on obtaining personal injury payments for accident victims, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, and product liability. His undergraduate experience at Seton Hall University and his education at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law helped him appreciate what his clients are going through.

Anthony N. Picillo is highly active in sports outside of his demanding work. As a baseball aficionado, he followed the sport in college and even joined the Caldwell Little League's Board of Directors. Anthony continues to coach kids’ sports even though he is no longer on the Board of Directors.
Anthony takes pride in coaching all ages through the high school years. Anthony is someone always in search of self-improvement, whether intellectually or physically.
