With over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, Tony Milo is an essential asset to the J.S. Held team as Director of the Sacramento, CA area.
For the past thirteen years, Tony has worked as a roofing consultant / estimator where he performed forensic analysis of roof failure resultant of wind, snow, and hail damage throughout the
United States and internationally.
Prior to becoming a roofing consultant, Tony established his career as a project manager and estimator for a commercial roofing company where he managed multiple roof replacement and maintenance projects throughout Northern California.
Milo’s expertise within this sector of the industry is upheld through his membership to the Roofing Consultant Institute, providing him knowledge and understanding of leading‐edge roofing technology.
Additionally, Tony has been qualified as a roofing expert for the United States District Court in multiple districts.
Tony’s focused background has provided him with extensive experience in many aspects of the roofing industry including estimating, cost analysis, project management, roof evaluation, inspection and design, and installation of varied roofing systems.
Many of the roofing systems Milo has installed/inspected and is familiar with, include polyester maintenance and tapered insulation systems, fluid applied waterproofing, low and steep slope, hot and cold applied built‐up, and single‐ply roofing systems.
Tony has carried out inspections to determine damages resultant of natural disaster, maintenance conditions, and moisture intrusion identification.
Milo, in addition, has conducted wind uplift testing, moisture surveys, roof repair/replacement specifications, and maintenance evaluations. Tony’s comprehensive experience and training have made him a very skilled individual in the construction industry.
