Anthony Fallahi was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. His father was an immigrant from Iran, who came to the U.S. to attend University and make a better life for himself. His mother was also born in Utah. He has two older brothers, Chris and Brandon.

In his late teens he became active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (the

Mormon Church), and served a volunteer two-year mission in Spain from ages 19-21. He is no longer a member of the church, but has many great memories of his experience and many, many dear friends that remain. His experience as a missionary helped him to grow up and develop confidence in himself. During this time he came to realize he loved public speaking and teaching, and grew to deeply appreciate the Spanish people, culture, and food.

Upon returning home, Fallahi enrolled at the University of Utah and began working towards a degree in Finance. He worked his way through college by waiting tables at an upscale restaurant in Salt Lake called The Roof Restaurant. After graduating from the University of Utah, Fallahi began working at Fidelity Investment, a career that spanned 15 years. During this time he also obtained an MBA from Baylor University. He teaches presentation skills to incoming Baylor MBA students and volunteers with SIFMA to provide financial literacy courses for kids.

In his career, Fallahi has had experience working in change management, advisory, and executive leadership roles. His areas of focus and skills include Agile and technology driven transformation, financial services, workplace benefits, employee engagement, compliance, and regulation. He has proven himself to be an expert in strategic change, project management and implementation, and programs related to financial products and services. He is a skilled Executive Program Director successful at developing and overseeing global programs of high complexity and size and has been praised for his advanced communications and as an organizational change consultant.

Fallahi is passionate about teaching and the 'light bulb' moments that occur when dots are connected and new concepts are understood. He believes that the keys to achieving personal goals are effort, education, and support, and that public and private institutions alike that genuinely take an interest in the well-being of both their employees and their customers will yield far greater dividends.
