Mr. Foldi has been CFO of Mediant since inception in 2002. He has nearly three decades of experience as a financial executive and accounting professional. He was International Controller at Proxy Monitor where he was in charge of financial reporting and systems and oversaw three acquisitions and related financings. Mr. Foldi also served as the top
financial executive for the U.S. subsidiary of Boosey & Hawkes, a publicly held British company, and held various posts at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation with responsibilities ranging from managing the development of integrated corporate accounting systems to administering the operational and financial audits of 30 domestic and 45 international divisions. Mr. Foldi is a C.P.A. and earned his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University in 1973.
