Annette is one of the company’s founders, co-director and company secretary and her role covers various aspects of the business; from general company management, to decision making on marketing and promotional strategies, through to ensuring compliance with requirements from HMRC and Government legislation. Annette is responsible for all insurances
both for the company and for employees and all HR matters ensuring that the business adheres to Employment Law. Annette has a great ability to empower, motivate and inspire people, she encourages employees to be involved and interested in contributing to the company to achieve its objectives, making the company environment a productive place to work. She genuinely cares about and believes in employees on a personal level making everybody feel trusted and valued and feels privileged to work with such an enthusiastic team.
