Anne-Sofie developed her executive search career at two of the leading international executive search firms, Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann and Russell Reynolds. Since she joined IP Group in 2014, with a mandate to build the boards and management teams for the Group’s Technology and Cleantech portfolio companies, she has successfully advised on
appointments for companies pre and post seed, through to those listed on AIM. Her early career was in sales at IBM Software in Sweden. Anne-Sofie has an MSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
