Anne has been with Chess since May 1994 and has worked in various functions across the business before moving into Human Resources, initially as HR Manager before becoming HR Director in 2005 having studied for her CIPD qualification at Stockport College. Anne has been responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of all of the general
HR functions at Chess including Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Benefits and Culture. In addition Anne and her team are responsible for office and facilities management both at Head Office in Cheshire and more recently our southern offices in Sandy, Bedfordshire and Borehamwood, North London.
