As the VP of Product Management, Anna is responsible for managing the product portfolio and delivering new features and products to the market. With 12 years of experience in high-growth software companies, she excels in product management and strategy. She currently serves on the national SHRM expertise panel for Technology and HR Management.
Anna held key positions in product management prior to PeopleMatter. At Benefitfocus, a SaaS provider for benefits enrollment and employee communications, Anna implemented a market-driven product management program for the large employer business. She previously served as a Product Manager with Blackbaud, a provider of software and services to the nonprofit industry, leading the product portfolio strategy for education solutions.
Earlier in her career, Anna held various positions in Human Resources at Blackbaud, including developing a nationally ranked college recruiting program. During this time, she served on the board of The South Carolina Association of Colleges and Employers as President and Past President.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clemson University and a Masters in Business Administration from The Citadel. In her free time, you can find Anna spending time with her husband and two young boys, reading, and cooking.
