Anna Trojanowska is the Head of Innovation Unit in Innovation and Business Development Department at Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG SA). She is responsible for sourcing innovative solutions for PGNiG Capital Group. She is also in charge of coordinating the cooperation of big state-owned companies with startups and SMEs. She manages InnVento – a
startup incubator powered by PGNiG. She also collaborates with startups within MIT EF Poland acceleration program. Before joining PGNiG SA, she had been introducing innovative solutions in medical sector while working as a national coordinator in Polish- Belgian organization Flandria. She was also involved in introduction of innovative social dialogue in Kujawsko -Pomorskie region. Anna is a member of editorial team of the industrial magazine Przegląd Gazowniczy.
