As Manager of Client Services at Upstream Commerce, Anna closely supervises the Upstream Commerce Delivery Team and the Customer Care Team to ensure that all session engagements are staffed appropriately and managed with a high level of detail, accuracy and support.
In her quest to create high-quality experiences for Upstream Commerce clients,
Anna brings more than fifteen years of experience in software design and development, as well as client service and support in HealthCare, Telecommunications, MultiMedia Streaming, and Hardware Management.
Anna was a Software Engineer at Intel; R&D manager at Emblaze Systems (providing video mobile solutions for companies such as Samsung and Nokia); Customer Service and Delivery at TriZetto; and, as VP of Professional Services at Kaltura, Anna was responsible for fast and complete delivery of complex solutions involving strong client relationships with customers in the US, Europe, Japan, and Australia.
Anna holds an MBA (with High Honors) from Boston University School of Management, and her B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology.
