Ann Dennison serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy Controller at Nasdaq. In this capacity, she works directly with the Corporate Controller and has responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, analysis and disclosure.
Ms. Dennison has over 19 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. Prior to Nasdaq she served at
Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and, prior to that, as head of Financial Reporting, responsible for internal and external firmwide reporting and financial planning and analysis.
She was a member of the Firmwide Disclosure Committee, Capital Management Committee, Firmwide Operational Risk Committee, Federal Reporting Oversight Committee and the Stress Test Committee. She was also the sponsor of the Finance People Development Committee.
During Ms. Dennison’s tenure at Goldman Sachs, she was also the controller for the investment banking, private equity and hedge fund businesses. She joined Goldman Sachs from Price Waterhouse in 1996.
Ms. Dennison holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Accounting and Finance from Pace University -- Lubin School of Business.
