Anil Valecha is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for driving strategic corporate and financial objectives with investors and as part of the leadership team. He manages all aspects of M&A, due diligence, fund raising, investor relations, financial operations, and risk & compliance for the company.
Anil
is one of the founding members of antuit.ai, instrumental in helping the company through its start up to its current stellar growth stage. Before being appointed CFO, he was SVP of Finance, responsible for FP&A, multiple rounds of fund raising, and setting up the company’s policy framework and processes for accounting, management reporting, business analytics and performance management.
Prior to antuit.ai, Anil served with iSGN Technologies as VP of Finance, leading their FP&A, Pricing and Revenue Assurance group. With over 22 years of experience, he has led pricing, deal structuring, and participated in post M&A integration roles for companies such as Sutherland Global Services and WNS.
Anil holds an executive MBA from Indian Institute of Bangalore and is pursuing the leadership program from Harvard Business School.
