Andy Stross leads the EducationDynamics human resources team to deliver innovative programs to help drive company growth and make EducationDynamics a great place to work.
In this role, Andy is accountable for the company’s human resources functions, including HR strategy, recruiting, compensation and benefits, manager and associate
development, talent management and internal communications.
Andy brings over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources, organizational development and change leadership to the EducationDynamics executive leadership team. Prior to joining EducationDynamics, Andy served in business and human resources leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance, Capital One Financial Services and Booz Allen Hamilton. Andy began his career with the Virginia Office of the Governor, where served as a policy analyst and speechwriter.
Andy received his Bachelor of Arts (Government) from the College of William and Mary (Virginia). He obtained a Masters of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
