Andy is a co-founder of Individual Digital, Inc. and has twenty-four years of mergers and acquisitions experience in the consumer products industry. Most recently, he is the founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Investment Partners, a Connecticut-based private equity firm. Prior to founding Trinity, he was a Managing Director in the Investment
Banking Division of Merrill Lynch where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for many of the world's leading companies in the consumer products industry. Andy was also a Managing Director with Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions in the consumer products and media sectors. The majority of Andy's career was spent at SBC Warburg (now UBS) and its predecessors, where he was co-head of the U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions department. Andy was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, where he was awarded an International Affairs Fellowship. He holds a BA from Trinity College, an MPA from the Kennedy School at Harvard, and an MBA (as a Fellow Nominee) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he lectures frequently on Corporate Finance.
