Andy Spence is originally from an Engineering background, and worked for 10 years in the UK Oil & Gas Industry.
Following a departure from engineering, he then spent 10 years in private equity with 3i plc, based in a number of international locations, investing in a wide range of sectors. Latterly, he was Portfolio Director within the Oil
& Gas Team.
Andy has previously chaired a number of Private Equity backed companies in the Energy sector to successful exits.
